The BLACKCAPS dominant start to the home summer continued in Wellington on Friday, as they downed Pakistan by 15 runs to complete a comprehensive 5-0 GJ Gardner Homes ODI series clean-sweep.
Martin Guptill’s 13th ODI century anchored the BLACKCAPS 271 run total, before returning pace-bowler Matt Henry lead the way with the ball, claiming 3-11 in his opening spell.
Despite being reduced to 57-5, the visitor's rallied with the bat and several late cameos took the game down to the penultimate over with just 15 runs the difference.
The victory makes it 32 wins from 37 home ODIs and takes Kane Williamson’s men to a record 12th straight victory across all formats.
