White Fern Emily Drumm hit a century as State Northern Knights completed a comfortable victory over State Otago Sparks at Hamilton.
Drumm hit an unbeaten 116 and Milliken took three for 29 as Otago fell to a third defeat of their four-game North Island road trip.
Former Auckland veteran Drumm aided her new side to 261 for five from 50 overs, Suzie Bates taking 3/55 for the visitors.
In reply, player-coach Clare Taylor helped with 64 not out but Otago were well contained, making only 185 before their dismissal with 21 balls in hand.
Louise Milliken took three for 29 from nine overs and Megan Murphy took a miserly two for seven from 5.3 overs.
