Kyle Mills and Chris Martin took time out of their pre-season schedule to lend their support to the Challenge Trust charity event.
The two BLACKCAP bowlers signed autographs as part of the Team Jersey Day at Rebel Sports in Botany where staff wore the jersey of their favourite team.
Speaking to local media Mills said he was 'more than happy to come along and support' the event.
Challenge Trust project Manager Margaret Large put in a request to New Zealand Cricket said she was grateful for the contribution made by the players.
“We truly appreciate their help and patience with the event and would like to assure you that all funds raised on the day will certainly make a difference to the people we support,” said Large.
Founded in 1993, Challenge Trust is a charitable organisation that provides people with community services relating to mental illness, physical disability, intellectual disability and addictions.
