Former BLACKCAPS Paul Wiseman and Matt Horne have been appointed co-coaches for the New Zealand Under 19 cricket team.
They will be leading the side to the 2012 ICC Under 19 World Cup in Darwin.
Both have substantial coaching and playing experience. Wiseman represented New Zealand between 1998 and 2005, while Horne played top level cricket between 1996 and 2003.
They are both currently network coaches for their respective Major Associations, Canterbury and Auckland. In these roles they have been working with younger players to help develop their skills.
Wiseman and Horne will be attending the Under 18 National tournament starting January 2nd at Lincoln University.
