Pakistan looking strong

Pakistan is expected to field a strong line-up for its final warm-up match ahead of next week's first Test against England at Lord's.

The tourists take on England A in a four-day game later on in the week at Canterbury and skipper Inzamam-ul-Haq is considered a strong possibility to return to action.

Paceman Mohammad Asif, batsman Mohammad Yousuf and all-rounder Abdul Razzaq, who have all missed recent tour matches, will play against England A, according to tour manager Zaheer Abbas.

"I would expect it to be close to the Test team because it is the last match," he told the BBC.

"The batsmen and the bowlers had a good workout at Grace Road and let's hope they can continue their good form and take it into next week."

The only player sidelined is seamer Rana Naved-ul-Hasan, who will miss the opening match of the four-Test series after succumbing to a groin injury.
